Why We Built Gotchu

We're parents too.

Like most families, we're juggling work, kids, school, sports, birthday parties, and trying to have a little time left for ourselves.

We tried calendars, reminders, and shared lists. They helped, but they also felt like another thing we had to keep up with. The last thing we wanted was another app that turned family life into a project to manage.

We wanted something simpler. Something that could take the school flyer, the screenshot, the birthday invitation, or the email, figure out what actually mattered, and help everyone stay on the same page.

So we built Gotchu.

More time for dinner around the table. More time to actually enjoy the weekend. More time hanging out with your kids instead of digging through emails, scrolling group texts, or wondering if you forgot something.

We hope it does the same for yours.
